BODY
When we eat, exercise, breath in and out we develop our body
SOUL
When think, learn, study, make choices we develop our Soul
SPIRIT
When we repent (change our minds) realise we cannot do without our Source (GOD), realise we are better off when we re-connect with our Source.
When we are absolutely sorry for our wrong choices – we can grow and develop our spirit by learning from and drawing inspiration (understanding) from GOD, our SOURCE
But there is a spirit in man,
