Ministry Overview

WANBA is the children ministry of Love Assembly. It consists of children from the ages of 3 years – 6 years.

VALUES, GOALS & VISION

  1. Help children understand God, Jesus, the Bible and the essence of the church;

  2. Help the children to discover their God-given gifts, talents and potentials;

  3. Allow children to come to God early;

  4. Ensure that no child is bullied or maltreated (closely follow the Child Protection Policy);

  5. Learn from the children too-Jesus said ‘Become like them’.

 

MEETING TIMES

  1. The children’s church is held every Sunday in the month except for the 1st Sunday every month when we have a joint service;

  2. The children’s Sunday School is from 10.30am to 11.00am;

  3. From 11.30am to 1pm, they go to their respective classes for their own service which is always fun and interactive.

 

ACTIVITIES

Every year, the children’s church sends shoe-boxes through Operation Christmas Child to poor children in different parts of the world.

Last Christmas, we sent a total of 105 shoe-boxes and the children were so excited to be part of this as we teach them to give to those who are less privileged than them.

We have also started a programmed called The Journey Makers, where we invite children from the community and teach them the Bible with their parents’ consent. For more information on The Journey Makers, please email  to admin@loveassembly.co.uk
